New Blackberrys for 2011

With the exception of the Playbook, it’s been pretty quiet as far as Blackberry news goes this year.  Our friends at BGR.com got some exclusive insight on 4 upcoming handsets, the new Bold (Dakota), the new Curve (Apallo), The Storm 3 (Monaco) and The Torch 2.

The Bold which is the flagship device will be sporting OS 6.1, HD video recording as well as ram and display resolution upgrades. (more…)

personal hot spots for all iPhone 4s’

Since the announcement of Verizon’s iPhone, there has been a lot of excitement over the personal hot spot feature that will allow you to share your data connection with up to 5 devices.   After some consideration, AT&T iPhone4′s will also offer a personal feature.  It sounds cool and all, but considering how i’m always hearing complaints about AT&T’s network, I’m wondering if this is really a good a idea…Time will tell.

Jabra continues it’s Stone legacy with the latest follow up, the Stone2.  Like the  original, it’s a right ear only design that comes with “stone” that is used for charging.  Aesthetically, not too much has changed, except that it comes in two finishes.  There’s a glossy version which can be found at AT&T and a leather version with you can pick up at Verizon,  both for $129.99. My Touch 4G

There’s a new My Touch in town and you Android fans will not be disappointed.  It has both front and rear facing cameras for those oh so important video calls, 1 GHz processor and a 3.8 inch WVGA touchscreen display.  It even records in 720p HD witch you  can then be broadcast to compatible tv’s.  Check the video below to see it in action.

The much awaited Blackberry tablet has finally been made official.  Once thought to be named the Black Pad, the PlayBook  has a strong list of product features and specs guaranteed to iPad competitor .

    No word on what it is exactly, but on October 6th Jabra promises to make waves with a bluetooth announcement. Not only that, they always have the best promo toys. 2 thumbs up for surfers!

    G2 finally on the way

    The much anticipated sequel to the original Android phone has been officially announced.    T-Mobile will be taking pre-orders for the G2 later this month.  They will be the exclusive carrier of the 4G device.
