What do a frozen email client, delayed messages to your Blackberry and 4 billion nonexistent messages in your inbox have in common?   Why am i even asking?  by the title you know it’s gonna be Go Daddy.

one day about 2 weeks ago I started noticing that the time stamp on emails were a couple hours behind.  But even stranger than that, it was only email from one account, the hosted one.  The other free ones where working just fine. After a few days of this, I decided enough was enough and decided to give Go Daddy a call.  I was actually kind of surprised at how useless they were.  One lady even suggested that I forward my mail to Gmail because there was nothing she could do.  My past experiences with them have always been really positive.

My next step was to call T-mobile.  they attempted t o be helpful, but in the end, they directed me back to Go Daddy.  This time, I decided to get smart on them, I set up a conference call between the two companies.  Halfway through the convo, the Go Daddy rep was extremely uninterested and not helpful at all.

Well a couple days later while doing some troubleshooting with RIM, and the guy suggests that I log into my mail server, and move my mail from the inbox to another folder.  in the process of doing so, my Go Daddy hosted email freezes up, and tells me that I have 4 billion messages in my inbox…troubleshooting down the drain (smh).  So after finally geting Go Daddy back on the phone  and explaining what happened, he reset my account, my inbox was back to normal and my bb is my friend again.  How come none of the other geniuses could have done this?

To the first 8 people i spoke to at No Daddy, YOU SUCK!  (Lets see if they shut me down)
